Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip Fat BOMBS!

Whether you are just starting out on Keto or have been living the Ketogenic lifestyle for some time now.  Fat Bombs are an amazing snack that can not only help curve your sweet tooth but help get your fat macros up when you’r running low.  These yummy treats can be make and frozen for quick fat snack.  Fat Bombs can consist of coconut, unsweetened chocolate, nuts, butter, and cream cheese just to name a few.  I try to make a batch of Fat Bombs every Sunday so my husband and I have them on hand and ready to devour should a sweet tooth strike 🙂

Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream 3 Tablespoons PB2 Powered Peanut Butter (could use no sugar added natural PB) 2 Tablespoons sweetener (3-4 squeezes of liquid sweetener-I used liquid Splenda) 2 Tablespoons sour cream 4 Tablespoons cream cheese, softened 3 oz unsweetened dark chocolate chips (Lilly’s Chocolate Chips)

Instructions

  1. Place chocolate chips in food processor and pulse into small pieces and set aside
  2. Whip the heavy whipping cream until light and airy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spoon into silicone candy mode or ice cube trays.
  4. Freeze overnight. Serve partially frozen or let defrost completely for a fluffy treat!
