I grew up when Friday nights meant family pizza night. When my husband and I got married we continued that tradition and had pizza almost every Friday night! I thought when we started following a low-carb lifestyle we would be giving up all the foods we “loved”, that’s just not true. With many things in life you can find an alternative or compromise to most situations and the Ketogenic Lifestyle is no different. Thank goodness!
Living the ketogenic lifestyle doesn’t mean you have to give up pizza and really good pizza at that!!!! We have tried a few good cauliflower pizza crust, but nothing has compared to the keto pizza crust we found and have been making just about every week since! Sometimes twice 😉 The crust is amazing and the consistency is almost exactly like what you would get from a pizza shop. I actually prefer this crust over the pizza shops crust.
Before starting keto I could have eaten a whole medium or large pizza on my own, but after being on keto for almost a year now it doesn’t take much for me to feel full. I tend to only eat 2 maybe 3 pieces, and its so yummy and filling.
